Customer service training for Casino Group

GOAL has recently completed delivery of its proprietary customer service training program to 40 staff at SkyCity Casino and Hotel Darwin. The course was developed by GTD to meet the training needs of gaming floor staff and their interactions with guests. It follows on from the successful delivery of supervisor training to staff from the Platinum Gaming Room 2 years ago. Feedback from the participants and management has been of the highest order and we look forward to rolling out similar training to other staff at the Darwin property later this year.
