Goal Training and Development offers the workshop on Responsible Service of Alcohol RSA - SITHFAB009A

The session covers the following content:

Alcohol and the law
Facts about alcohol
Improved atmosphere in venues
Dealing with difficult customers

RSA can be delivered at your venue - minimum of 4 participants
Day or evening sessions. (3 hours duration)
