Training Programs

Food Hygiene Training - Level 1

Designed for staff working under supervision in a kitchen, café, restaurant, hotel, supermarket or other food retail outlet. (Also known as Food Handlers, RSF, Food Hygiene Training, Safe Food Handling).

 

Participants will receive their nationally accredited certificate for Food Handlers - Follow workplace hygiene procedures SITXOHS002A.


Session requirements:
  

 

Course can be delivered at your venue - minimum of 4 participants

Day or evening sessions. (3 hours duration)

All resources and assessments will be supplied by GTD

 

The session covers the following content: 

  

Apply personal hygiene and sanitation

Identify the food safety plan/program

Handle product hygienically

Cleaning work areas and equipment

Monitor food safety

Contribute to continuous improvement
