One Day customised Hospitality Training

GTD
will be commencing the delivery of customised one day training courses for hospitality clients from February 2008.

It will be based on superior food and beverage service , liaising with kitchen , advanced product knowledge , upselling and customer service. The training is to be delivered to both service staff and kitchen staff in four of their fine dining restaurants.

National Showcase Presentation

Goal Training and Development in conjunction with mobile software developer "i-learn Australia" and multinational Catering Company "Compass Group" have successfully completed the above Federal Government funded e-learning project that commenced in May 2007.

The final part of the project was a 30 minute presentation in Melbourne in early December to 120 Conference delegates detailing the scope of the work and the eventual successful outcomes.

The presentation was a great success and the feedback from participants was resoundingly positive in how new generation mobile phones can be used to deliver meaningful learning content for trainees with hearing and other learning disabilities.
